Launch Coordination
I was often in charge of Funko, video game, and TCG launches! It always excites me to talk with excited guests!
Team Captain!
During my time as a multi-store leader, I was able to become a district representative for Loss Prevention, Region round-table discussions, and as pictured here- reserves! I would compile info from calls or research, and present them to my district weekly.
Team Player!
Leading means taking charge- but it also means creating an example and getting to know your team! (Matching shirts always help!)
Awards!
I worked very hard, and was presented with this award for being one of the top ten stores in my region for a metric goal!
Relationships!
I have been very lucky to work very close with my peers and leaders, and am still friends with many!
Bonding!
I adore being able to not only pout together a team, but become close with them and help them move forward in their career!
Friends in high places!
Because I am someone who is constantly trying to learn and move forward, I have had the privilege to talk with, and meet with many people in positions I'm running towards- including my regional manager in this photo!
Bought In!
Whenever possible, I love to dress up for launches or any event that calls for it! I am extremely bought in to my work culture!
